1 Star - Absolutely Revolting: Do NOT Eat Here! Walked into Papi Smash’d Burger in downtown Orlando thinking we’d try their hyped-up smash burgers. Big mistake—we didn’t even order and bolted out the door as fast as we could. The place was filthy from the start: sticky tables, grimy floors, and an overall vibe of total neglect. That nasty sofa at the front of the store was an absolute eyesore—stained, worn-out, and looking like it belonged in a landfill, not a restaurant. Seriously, who puts a revolting couch like that where people are supposed to eat? But the bathroom was on another level of horrific. The moment I opened the door, I was assaulted by a terrible, unearthly stench of urine—sharp, overwhelming, and putrid, like it had been building up since the beginning of time with zero cleaning in between. Urine-saturated toilet paper was scattered everywhere: on the floors, and wadded up in corners. And the urinal? Empty cans of beer floating in a pool of yellow liquid, like some kind of grotesque science experiment. Sinks crusted with grime, no soap, dark stains all over— it was beyond disgusting. If they let the customer bathroom get this vile, I can’t even fathom the state of the kitchen. We lost all appetite instantly and left. No burger, no matter how “smash’d,” is worth gambling your health here. Orlando has way better, cleaner options. Avoid this dump at all costs.

1. The food was not good at all. I got the grouper and it had a really fishy taste. I sent it back to get a chicken club. I told the waiter no pickles or lettuce and make it to go. When I got home, it had pickles and lettuce on it. Multiple people from my group had to have their food sent back because it either wasn't fresh or it wasn't what they asked for. 2. Next, It was hot as hell in there. There needs to be a better ventilation system because once the hookah started and the food started coming out; it was very stuffy and hot. 3. Also the hostess gave us a really hard time with additional people that came. They were told if they came, they could pay at the door and sit with the birthday crew. That did not happen and made them leave. The website explains everyone has to be under one reservation but it also says we can have up to 20 people. Definitely could have accommodated three additional people cause we only had 11. 4. Lastly, the waiter asked me to write down what I wanted on the birthday sign. I clearly wrote and sent an email saying "Happy Birthday Trayvia. "They spelled it "Trayria." This error is posted all over your social media pages. And all the waiter said was "My Bad." Imagine how the birthday girl felt seeing this and how you would feel it it happened to you. Totally unacceptable!! Overall, it was a nice vibe because I had never been but I would NOT recommend anyone here because of all of the issues my birthday crew experienced.

65 dollars for 2 drinks? And they charged the max gratuity on top. The atmosphere is super ghetto like a cantina, mediocre drinks. You can go to a nice rooftop like rosa sky in Brickell and pay half for 2 drinks. This is stupid

...because unless you have aguesia, or perhaps if you're a moron, choosing and liking a restaurant because it is decorated with license plates and beer cans is a pretty foolish call. This place is so-decorated. The food (our party had fish'n'chips, a Blue Burger, and salmon, amongst us) is uniformly uninspired, and nearly tasteless. The portions are mediocre. The beer is...please pay attention, I'm commenting on the BEER in a TAVERN here...crummy. It reeked of old pennies from a piggy bank. The service is 'lacking' (and so too should be the gratuity). And to top off an otherwise lousy experience, the menu is not inexpensive. And they only take cash, which in today's world should basically be reserved for schemes for tax evasion or money laundering. It's a neighborhood joint, and I should be going there often, but I don't. I would favorably comment that the parking is free, but since it is a neighborhood joint most of the patrons walk so they don't get trapped in a DUI situation.

A group of us went to have a holiday dinner based on some of the positive reviews we read. No one had eaten there before. I ordered the Linguini Frutti di Mare not spicy but received one very spicy. Their next attempt was not spicy but it also was very bland oily and tasted like it had no seasonings. Decor on walls was very nice but tables were basically pizza parlor tables set with a small sized paper mat and cutlery rolled in a paper napkin. All this for a restaurant touting culinary authentic Italian dishes as high as $32.00. Really? Everyone was disappointed at the lack of holiday decor, as a matter of fact, there was not one thing in the entire restaurant to indicate it was a holiday season. Atmosphere was also negatively affected by the multiple TVs and background music piped in from 102.5 with annoying alternative hip hop music probably attractive to the preteen/teenage demographic. The waiter kept bragging about the new menu and pizzas. I guess they really do want to be a pizza parlor. Based on the prices we expected something totally different from what we experienced. I gave it 2 stars only because others in the group ordered Lasagna and said it was the best they had eaten but even they will not return due to all the other factors.

A hidden gem inside Islands of Adventure. The food is so fresh and tasty, the service is always friendly and excellent. Love the decor - a peaceful little oasis when you need a break from the heat or cold or crowds! Prices are reasonable, given it's inside a theme park. Not as big a fan of their new menu - liked their older one better, but still all good! This place is always a must-visit every time we're in the parks.

My wife and my daughter visited this place, and the experience was truly disappointing. My wife asked a waitress, in Spanish, if she could bring us some sugar. The waitress’s response was rude and xenophobic. She stood right in front of her and said, in a harsh tone, that only English. My wife, shocked, tried again in English, but the waitress left angrily and never brought the sugar. It’s a shame, because the atmosphere is nice, but this behavior made us feel very uncomfortable. We will not be returning.
