  • 10/10 food and drinks every time. Honestly, the scratch kitchen quality is impressive! The reason for the 2 star is that this place has some of the most consistently worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Every visit I almost sigh walking in, knowing its gonna be a hassle to get in and get out. Working in the restaurant industry, I give a lot leniency and benefit of the doubt for service workers, but DAMN these people are just always bad here, busy or not! (0.0%)
  • 2 stars for the very slow service. Took an hour wait for two bao buns. 35min into the wait, i get told by the staff that one of the items i ordered was sold out. The chicken one wasn’t the best tasting 5/10, the shrimp was decent 7/10. (0.0%)
  • 50/50. Juices, empanadas, arepas were good. Bandeja Paisa came with black beans, not authentic but that’s ok. The steak however was not even edible. Tasted like it had been sitting around all day, not fresh at all and not even seasoned. Service pretty much non existent except for order taking at the counter so here’s the feedback. (0.0%)

"Since we arrived at 5:00, we were seated at a table without any issues, though the restaurant was quite crowded even for a weekday. While all the dishes were delicious, we had to wait a considerable amount of time before our order was taken. Furthermore—and this was the unfortunate part—although my husband had ordered his hamburger without mayonnaise, it arrived with a generous amount of it. The server offered to have it remade, but because we had already waited so long to place our order and were pressed for time, we declined the offer, and my husband ended up having to eat it as is."
