10/10 service, very good. The food was also very good, with natural ingredients. Good atmosphere. The place is great, with natural light, soft music, and nicely decorated. I recommend it, I will definitely return. It was very cold in Chicago and we quickly warmed up at Pizano's. I recommend it!!!

A noisy, crowded, casual pub with very good British comfort food. The Scotch egg was delicious, and our entrees - Bangers & Mash and Cheesy Potato Leek pie - were just the thing in a cold winter night. Brandon provided friendly and professional service.

A true HIDDEN GEM tucked inside the LaSalle Hotel! From the moment we walked in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every single staff member played a role in making the evening feel special—from the person who greeted us and kept our bread warm and water glasses filled, to the team seamlessly clearing and resetting the table with perfect timing. Nothing was rushed, nothing was overlooked. We started with the lollipop lamb chops—four generous, perfectly cooked pieces that were absolutely delicious. For dinner, the Delmonico ribeye was outstanding, served with mushrooms and potato purée (mashed potatoes). A standout touch: the steak comes with a half head of roasted garlic to mix into the potatoes, along with two different specialty salts that elevated every bite. The smoked Old Fashioned is an absolute must. It had the perfect balance of smoke and flavor—hands down one of the best we’ve had. Our server, Eric, was phenomenal. Every recommendation he made was spot on, and his attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. The managers were also present throughout the evening, checking in with guests and making sure everything was flawless. As we were leaving for a play, a three-piece quartet was setting up for live music, adding yet another layer to the already fantastic atmosphere. Exceptional food, impeccable service at every level, and a warm, polished ambiance—this place sets the standard and is a definite must-return.

My husband and I had our anniversary dinner at Bavette's. I loved the ambience - dimly lit and we had a quiet booth. He started with oysters, which he liked a lot. We shared the small order of sourdough bread - thick, warm slices that were so good. I had the miso glazed black cod, which normally I love, but it was swimming in broth, so there was no crispness, and I didn't really enjoy it (my husband ate most of it, but we didn't finish it). He had the ribeye, which he enjoyed. We also shared a side of Brussels Sprouts, which I loved (took home the leftovers) and a baked sweet potato with butter and brown sugar, which was great (took home the leftovers of that, too). We were also given a complimentary dessert for our anniversary, which was good (even though we were so full, we made some room). Our server was attentive and friendly. Overall great, just didn't love the preparation of the cod.

38th wedding Anniversary came on October 25, 2018 Rochelle L. and Leonard E. has a very quiet evening dining on a cold but warmer evening in Streeterville at one of their most favor french restaurant called Les Nomades. Les Nomades is 222 East Ontario in Chicago. They returned again because of not just good, but great space and overwhelming great food for their palate. Rochelle L has a 4 course dining experience, and Leonard E. added an additional course. Each course left both of them wanting that to be a full meal.... Yes, keep that course coming..... Plats Premiers Hawaiian Ahi tuna tart, parmesan za’atar sable, confit tomato, zucchini, green beans, saffron sauce. The favors were transferred with each bit. The Hawaiian Ali Tuna melted in your mouth, asking for one more piece. Rochelle's Escargots, yellow tomato coulis, Roquefort cheese was enjoyed one snail at a time. The sauce the was surrounding the snails was supped up one by one, sometime accompanied by a crust of french bread. Les Poisso The size of Rochelle Grilled Scottish Salmon, wild rice, cucumber and beet salad, eggless béarnaise was much larger then Leonard's salmon in the previous course.. Leonard's Roasted duck breast and confit duck leg, Savoy cabbage, truffle corn purée, sauce Rouennaise.... make you him want more and just more ...... Les Viandes et Les Volailles Grilled romaine, warm goat cheese salad, pomegranate, Honeycrisp apple, balsamic Caesar dressing was Leonard's 5th course. One salad was teaser. They has to move on. avant le dernier cours (Before the last course) A rhubarb pear apple soup with a dollop of pear sorbet cleanse the palate for the next and final eating. Les Fromages et Les Desserts Fresh apple tart with green apple sorbet An assortment of candies and macaroons were place on the table. Calling in advance they honored the dining by presenting a little cake with a lighted candle with a plate written in chocolate saying "Happy 38th Anniversary ". Now the table has all the sweetness required for a sugar rush..... The service was well appointed for the evening and water glasses were never empty until the end.... The table was handled by Aaron, Erwin, and Edwin. The final course came with great conversation by Nicholas Butera. He was oversee the house that evening, Mary Beth was not seen, although Chef Roland Liccioni came to greet his friends next to our table. Les Nomades still holds-on to a very top spot for dining. Yes, The napkins are overly generous portion of material. Rochelle L. was well please with the selection for their anniversary.... Leonard E commented doing and after dining for 3-1/2 hours, they had not a care in the world. Shalom

A beautiful and quiet restaurant, perfect for a nice birthday celebration dinner with friends. The servers were very attentive and worked around food allergies. The food was outstanding. It was some of the best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy. Loved the history of the restaurant too. Would love to eat here again if I go back to Chicago.

Great brunch spot. Reasonably priced, pleasant staff and relaxing atmosphere. Loved the avocado toast. Highly recommended stop on the way to Chicago art music.

If you’re looking for a tapas bar where local people go and that doesn’t have the typical basic/oily tapas but elaborate, original dishes with combinations of flavors and textures, this is your place. The quantities of the lids are adequate. The place is small but the area is very nice. We were on the terrace and the street although with traffic it is quiet. The staff is friendly. It's a place we'd definitely repeat.
