3.5. Good food, very mediocre service. It took a solid 10 minutes to even get a menu or water, food came out pretty spread apart. Poached egg on the Benny was a hard boiled. Be prepared for a loud environment and the bulk of the restaurant is outside with limited heat lamps. Servers were nice despite all - can’t bring in a water bottle either so be prepared to part ways with your water
5 star food 5 star service zero stars for live music. It’s so uncomfortably loud and I’m a young person so for me to say that means something when I come to brunch with friends, I want to sit converse and enjoy my company. I don’t wanna have to scream over each other And listen to bad music and poor singers.
A cult bar, hectic, loud and a round room equipped with several large TVs. Food and beer were tasty. The price level a bit cheaper than on the Strip. We were served in a friendly and attentive manner.
18bin is always our go to spot whenever we visit Vegas! The staff is always very nice and very knowledgeable about the menu with different options. Today we had brunch and ate the vegan avocado toast and the vegan burrito. Both were absolutely amazing! Adam was our server and Tony took catr of us when we moved to the bar. I can not say enough positive things about this place! The music is always good too!
18bin surprised us with the double DJ, Sunday funday in the Arts District. Drinks were awesome. Brunch food was delicious and the service was really solid. Dogs were allowed and the music was great. Thanks! We will be back.
2 words MY GOD!! 🫡 to Cheif Moe!! We stopped by to see what Fin & Feathers was all about, they did not disappoint. We ordered the Balsalmic Vinaigrette New Zealand Lamb Chops (medium well), Lemon Butter Broccoli & their signature Mac and Cheese. Everything was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 That meal gave the feeling of fine dining like we were on top of the world. Our hostess is from Louisiana and provided us with the best southern hospitality one can provide. She's very knowledgeable of the menu and gave plenty suggestions. Everything on the menu looked amazing. We will return to try the next best meal!!! Music was on point, dance floor was lit the whole experience is a memorable one. Inside seating and bar, covered outdoor seating. Thank you all!!
1 star. This hotel is NOT kid-friendly despite what reviews claim. The pool area felt like a full-on day club—blaring club music, packed beyond capacity, and waitresses in string bikinis with thongs. Completely inappropriate for families. We couldn’t even find a chair, and they allow non-guests to use the pool, which makes it even more overcrowded. The room experience was just as bad—our sink wouldn’t drain, towels were limited, and the entire hotel smells like smoke from the casino. Food service took hours and the quality was poor. For how expensive this place is, it’s honestly unacceptable. We will not be returning.
1) e-Checkin on app failed to deliver a Digital Key even after arriving at the hotel such that we had to physical check-in to get physical key cards. No explanation given at front desk. 2) The room was run down and was overdue for a remodel. 3) Air conditioner was the LOUDEST unit we have ever experienced in all our times staying in various hotels. It was so loud we had to turn it off at night in order for our family to sleep in the stuffy hot room (this is Vegas!). 4) Shower glass door did not close properly to maintain a tight seal around it such that when taking a shower, a lot of water came outside onto the tile floor of the bathroom. We had to use our bath towels to dry it out after each family member showered. Seeing how it was nighttime, and we were only staying one night, we endured these significant issues. 5) When we tried to check out at the counter in the morning providing the room number, clerk replied she could *not* find the room as being occupied. Gave her my name, showed her my Digital key request email from app check-in and she found that our room had been marked as no show even though we had checked in twice (by app and in-person). Clerk just gave us receipt and did not even ask us how our stay was. Unfortunately, this stay was the worst Hilton experience. Hilton definitely failed to deliver in many areas! Hilton Honors member for many years, and yet to hear back from Hilton more than 7-days after submitting their emailed survey and requesting to be contacted.
20 margarita 30 plate of California Mexican food. = $100 Service good Food pretty good Super loud and but neat ambience.
$50/day surprise resort fee not mentioned in my original booking. Half the restaurants pictured not there. Pool/hot tub closed for winter. Long check in lines. Check in and rewards kiosks did not work so everyone had to wait in line for the 1-2 people working at the front desk. Beautiful hotel with lots to do and I highly recommend the king suite with the view of the strip - it did feel worth the extra $20 and was a HUGE room for just one person. VERY QUIET. Only one elevator working so a lot of us stood in line for it. Weirdly there is a glass window that went from my shower into my bedroom so glad I wasn't staying with anyone else. Even my partner would have a problem with that because it gave a clear view to the toilet - felt very Vegas but maybe not practical... Loved the dressing room lights around the mirrors and this had two sinks/get ready areas one inside and outside of the bathroom along with a closet and desk and couch and coffee table and fridge - no microwave - really could have used that. TV and dresser and two night stands. Plenty of space for activities. Starbucks in the resort which was convenient, but you can only pre-order through the app if you have a Starbucks card. Bring your own tea bags and you can get a cup of hot water from them for $1.08, which is better than spending $10 for their mint majesty tea. Would have loved to try breakfast at the hotel, but the restaurant didn't open until 7am and I left before then. Most of the restaurants, shows, and shops were closed when I was there, but it was a Wednesday night so maybe that's why.
100% pleased with the overall experience. Large clean and a great bed. The airport was there but it was quiet. The breakfast was hot and many choices. Staff at breakfast to help. We just had a bad experience with Best Western.
1st time visit. We're staying at Planet Hollywood for our 33rd anniversary and was looking for somewhere for dinner. We booked our stay ahead of time and found out about Steak House. Made our reservations ahead of time. Love the old school vibe of the place as well as the music. It was a little pricey but well worth it. The food was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Place is super loud, food was meh at best, server seemed like we were bothering her, they won’t split the bill and the only parking across the street us $15.

One of my favorite pizza places. Delicious big slices. Great quiet patio out back.

Just there last week. Older tower needs attention / maintenance and newer tower was way too loud thanks to nearby bar till after 4:00 am. I was there on business.

We had the absolute worst experience ever waitress was very unprofessional about some coffee after losing so much money which is so frustrating because what is a .75 cent coffee going to hurt by giving her one then they didn’t have any machines winning for 4 straight days just a quiet atmosphere and bingo was ok rooms were not in best condition water stopped up in bathroom running out very slowly best thing happened on the trip was the super bingo hosts were kind and funny
