$40 per night for Internet that I didn’t even use.

3) charged for costly wifi under different category that I needed his clarification.
77 Alley the restaurant connected to the hotel was top notch.
Access to the subway is great, it connects to almost all lines.
Internet connection was poor.
5.) The management had no regrets, didn't offer any compensation, they said they will connect, and have shamelessly done nothing about it, more than 2 months out.
Absolutely the worst WiFi I have had in over 10 years.

$44 dollar per night resort fee which includes WiFi and a daily option of breakfast at the attached bakery.
1920 and 1922 connected, one was a king, the other was a 2 queen.

Ageing facilities, overcrowded minuscule pool, overbooked so had to sleep on sofa for two nights, frequent miscommunications (lift blocked for hours but no obvious signs so people wait and wait with no one having thought of putting up a sign), hidden fees for wifi and water which for the price charged felt unnecessary, 2 bedroom suite with living room does not even come with basic coffee machine, TV has a million channels that I don't need but no streaming site and no easy way of casting, frequent queue at reception with only part of staff mobilized by taking care of clients.

No telephone at room, they send you an email with your room number, password to enter de room (no keys), the wifi info and the telephone number to send sms texts, but would be better if they had whats app.
