1. Air conditioner is ridiculously loud 2. Only one out of the three elevators work 3. The TV can’t be connected to any signals so you can’t watch anything. 4. Very loud noises from the street
A beautiful hotel but I could not get my statement for almost a week. I called four times and could not get connected to from desk and finance departmentm
77 Alley the restaurant connected to the hotel was top notch. It was such a great food experience. John the server was so amazing and kind. The perfect spot fresh off the airport. Also the owner had the best vibes. He didn’t rush me and told me to chill even when they were closing! Very welcoming. I had some issues with the room however the restaurant is the real star!
Absolutely stunning! A home from home with a friendly team and warm welcome. The rooms are beautifully designed with attention to detail and luxury on another level. We stayed as a family of four for the weekend to show the boys the city sights, a dream come true for them. A great location and easy to access from the airport and local transport. The concierge were knowledgeable, helpful and offered top tips for the local area. The Teams’s thoughtful touches added throughout our stay made it most memorable. The breakfast is the best in town hosted in a relaxing restaurant, service with a smile and delightful design - attention to detail on every level. The bar is buzzing and evening meals are marvellous. Family friendly, ladies lunch, business meeting or dining solo, Warren Street is the place to be. The scallops were succulent and plated perfectly on Kit Kemp’s Tall Trees collection. The design, ambiance and enticing menu exudes charisma and cosy connections. We are BIG firmdale fans and have stayed in many of their hotels in both London and New York. Warren Street is a wonderful addition to the TriBeCa community and a must visit. Thank you for another excellent experience, we’ll be back!
Amazing location and super accommodating for families who don’t want to be cramped in a small hotel rooms and deal with finding connecting rooms. Staff is very helpful and management goes beyond any requests and helped us to store the language. Great rooftop views, fast internet, and gym is available!
- Very well located hotel in the heart of Manhattan. - Apartment with little space, but with great bed and shower. - I stayed in an apartment with carpet. - TV from the '80s. - Elevators in excellent state of preservation. - Resort Fee: USD 40,16 (per day) + fee, which equals almost 45 collections per day. According to the hotel to use the internet, the gym, the business center and to connect between the apartments.
A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT This place needs an urgent makeover. The curtain valence in our room was burnt where both ceiling lights shown down on it. Sections of two pieces of bedroom furniture had areas where the vaneer was ripped off. The paint on the interior base of the windows had very-deep cracks and was peeling off. The heater made a loud "tapping" noise when the heat came on. The drain in the bathtub took forever to drain after showering. It gets worse: there's a $45 per day "Resort Fee" that is charged after they tell you that you have $10 a day credit in the lounge. The "Resort Fee" covers Wi-Fi, a fitness center off-property, and USE OF THE LOUNGE. Breakfast, unknown to us, was to end at 11 a.m. today. We arrived at 10:50 a.m. and were told, "We're closed". A female employee standing at the bar was about to pour the contents of a very-large-commercial coffee brewer down the drain. I asked for a cup of it when she started pouring it. She once again reminded me, "We're closed". For this I paid $45 today so I can have "use" of the lounge. The tubs don't drain, the paint is cracked and peeling, the furniture came from a landfill, and food is not always available. Wait until you hear this place had a very-needed makeover before you stay here.
A cosy, clean room in a good location. However the connecting restaurant was very poor indeed. $58 for a poorly cooked fillet steak; the staff were not concerned in finding out why the steak was not up to scratch and were more interesting in still receiving their tip. This put a dampener on an otherwise brilliant trip.
-Extremely clean room -Big desk to work on or eat on -Love the tv options -Internet is fast -Easy to check in and out -The best you can get in NYC. You won't regret it
A beautiful, beaux-arts building in a well-located spot downtown. The check-in staff are always delightful, and the rooms are always impeccable. A good choice for a downtown stay, and the nearby subways connect you to anywhere else you need to go. The room rates vary considerably across dates, so if you're flexible, you might be able to snag a decent rate (by NYC standards).
A very warm and friendly welcome after a 7 hour flight and an hour transfer from the airport in a very chatty New York driver.we were checked in promptly and our luggage was kept for our room to be ready.Off we went to Rey’s pizza shop for a well deserved meal. Thanks to Diana at the reception for a great service to organise our late check out time. Also thanks to Freilin for connecting me to the WiFi. Thank you all involved to make our stay super pleasant.Breakfast was perfect, and housekeeping team doing a great job.You will see us again for Thanks Giving.

Hidden fees. Destination Fee. I missed a good old days when you booked a hotel and then you just left without any hidden secret charges. They mention nothing about some destination fee when I checked in. $40 per night for Internet that I didn’t even use. So I extra $180 for nothing. There are some other obtuse charges that they try to justify. Not only that, but I left multiple messages and got no call back explaining what the charges were. Even though they claimed to call you back in 24 hours. The location is good, but the rooms were a little small. The AC units were barely working. I’m just really annoyed about the secret charges. I will indeed not be staying here ever again. This is why people don’t stay at hotels anymore. I prefer Airbnb.

Our stay was exceptional! Great value for money. The staff on the reception were very warm, friendly and helpful. Our rooms were serviced almost every day. Whatever we asked for (mini fridge, heater, tea kettle, iron, etc) was provided upon request. Wifi works great, ideal for guests who need to work. The location is great, Brooklyn Bridge is 15 minutes away, financial district is in the nearby, few subway stations are 5-10 minutes, great cafes and restaurants… We would definitely recommend the hotel for stay!

Front desk I am currently staying in the M Social Hotel New York downtown. The rooms are really pretty very neat and cozy. I was having issues with the internet in my room that I was stressing a bit because I had to work. I spoke to front desk to solve the issue and William supported me all the way. As they were still solving the connectivity issues in my room he offered me to change rooms as it was pretty late at night. Finally he was able to offer me a great upgrade on my stay and Connectivity issues were gone in the new room. I am really happy with the service. Shout out to the team and to William.
