1 hour to receive appetizers, music too loud, 30 minutes to receive water when requested, mediocre food, and to top it off, we decided to leave after almost 2 hours because the main courses had not arrived, and the waitress still added a tip to the bill without telling us, or even letting us choose whether to give one.

10/10 experience at this restaurant! Atmosphere was cozy and the music was loud but Rob dealt with that in a hot minute! Rob was a wonderful waiter with a great sense of humour and had a box of reading glasses for reading the menu without even asking. Food was delicious and was not over stuffed. Special to go bag from Rob and his sense of humour. Would highly recommend this restaurant anytime!

2 nights into a 5 night stay, and confident leaving a 5 star review. Great layout (1 bedroom suite), amazing location walking distance from anything you could ever need. Yes, the AC unit is loud but it drowns out busy street noise. Staff have been excellent, helping us with every request, including helping our son when the patio door came off the tracks and he was stuck out on the balcony! 😂

Absolutely loved this pizza! đŸ•đŸ”„ The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, with that delicious wood-fired flavor. The toppings were generous and fresh, and the cheese was melted just right. Every bite was balanced and full of flavor. The place itself is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the service was quick. Plus, the music created a great vibe without being too loud. Definitely coming back!

15 minutes after arriving at a practically empty restaurant. No service. The bartender looked at us several times and we were sitting at the bar! The staff (4 people) were more busy chatting among themselves than taking care of their customers. It's really disappointing because this place used to be really nice. I order a glass of wine, the first glass is so dirty that there are things floating in it. I ask for a second one and guess what? The second one is dirty too! Otherwise, the place is beautiful and pleasant. The music is not too loud.

1. We waited approx 30 for our 8 pm reservation. Why have reservations if they are not honoured in a timely fashion. 2 The noise level was like we were sitting in the kitchen. Could not hear our conversations across the table nor could we hear the specials the server verbally told us. Just give us a printout of the specials on a paper or on an iPad. 3. We ordered still water and bubbly and asked for the water to be left on the table as it was a very hot day. It wasn’t and the server was inattentive when our water glasses were empty. So we self served. 4. We ordered wine .Then, we were moved to a quieter area of the restaurant with a different server. When the wine came, I said to the server that it was this bottle was not the one we ordered. The server still poured the wine into the wine carafe. I asked if I could see the bottle. Sure enough, we were given a different bottle than the one we ordered. 5. When the server approached our table she always interrupted our conversation rather than waiting for a pause to ask her question(s) 6. The meal arrived which was tasty! Whew! 7. Then there was a mixup with the desserts. One order was incorrect and one couple had to wait 20 minutes for their dessert. Sadly, it was the newly engaged couple and the reason why we were out for this dinner. So, 1/7 for a high end restaurant. I am so disappointed! I hope management will try to address these issues so that this once great restaurant can regain our attendance. In the meantime, we will go elsewhere.

10 minutes from airport Nice hotel close to airport, good restaurants and bar. Upscale food and pricing but cheaper alternatives nearby. Had a large meeting, 300+ and swallowed us easily. Rooms small, good comfortable beds, good shower, lots of roomy elevators so going up is easy. Airport shuttle every 30 minutes. Room Keys actually worked consistently. Only big setback is noise from jet planes flying overhead, they supply earplugs, picky sleepers would have issues with it.

10/10 It was such a beautiful great hotel, the good was amazing. Have the coconut cream cake for sure it’s so so delicious. The staff was so sweet! I had zero problems! Their rooftop is so cool and loungey. There was a dj playing great music. Overall it was for sure a 10/10

100 % when I go to the any Vietnamese restaurants , I just order the Pho and spring roll quick eat and leave , do not care much any decor or fancy menu , one of my Vietnamese client hear that I am a very fussy foodie , so they invite me for dinner last night , it is almost three years since my last visit , still very modern upscale and bright ambiance , very busy almost packed , little noisy that my liking , and the tablets too close together , not very relax or comfortable , but very creative traditional Vietnamese menu with a touch of French far style cooking , it is not a cheap place for Vietnamese food , almost double the price from another Vietnamese's restaurant , average price for Pho is between $20 to $25 , outside most you pay is $16 , again , lot of foods for 4 people , the best dishes is the Soft crab salad , a classic dishes very colourful and tasty and the Meat platter very flavourful , also the shrimp pancake not too bad , very top end quality , I all way tell people , you pay what you get , no wonder is one of the Michelin restaurant recommended it , I thank my client for a wonderful meal , would I come back ? not likely , too noisy and not relaxing place to enjoy your meal , special just for Pho and too expensive and waiting time over half hours , foods is excellent , but you know what people say " Different stroke for different folks " okay to try it out , if you have not been to any upscale Vietnamese restaurants in Vancouver . service is okay . I love their excellent idea for reservation by donation program !

3/5 - Would be a 4 if it wasn't so LOUD Location: Convenient to downtown/financial district. Fair amount of walking to visit any tourist or shopping spots. I stayed there for a convention, which was an easy 10-15 min walk. Union station with UP Express is similarly close for an easy ride to/from the airport. Bedroom: Modern & clean. Outlets are mostly at the desk and one side of the bed. Lots of storage. Comfy bed. But, noise from the walk signal or revving cars and unending sirens and weekend protests are very loud on the 9th floor and disrupted relaxation/sleep. The common areas of the hotel are insulated from street noise and suggest the noise could be mitigated. Bathroom: Spacious and plenty of marble. The marble lends itself to noise above you if someone walks around early morning with heels. The toiletries brand are poor quality. The shampoo especially leaves your hair feeling oily. Shower: The shower/tub room had no issues draining. The tub could be a bit bigger. Pros: Convenient location. Pretty room. Cons: Service was inconsistent & sometimes inattentive. Service during afternoon tea was especially slow. Breakfast was similar. But the worst part was the noise. The lounge was loud from speakers that need to be turned down a bit. And the room was filled with echoing cars, sirens, and protests. Even when the streets are quiet in the early morning, you here upstairs guests clicking around the marble floor with their heels.

The food and drinks are great, and the service is attentive. However when the restaurant is full/busy it is unbearably loud. You have to yell at each other to have any type of conversation.

Dorsia absolutely exceeded expectations. We originally stopped in just for drinks, no plans for a full dinner but despite being a group of six, they were incredibly accommodating and welcomed us without hesitation. What started as a casual stop turned into the best experience of the night. We began with drinks, and every single one was exceptional beautifully crafted, balanced, and memorable. After taking a look at the menu, most of us couldn’t resist and ended up ordering food as well and I’m so glad we did. The dishes were truly outstanding, easily matching the quality of the cocktails. One standout for me personally was the pickled stuffed olives completely mind-blowing and unexpectedly one of the highlights of the night. The service elevated everything even further. Our server was kind, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations throughout the evening. But what really made the experience unforgettable was Lucas. He handled our lively, chatty group with ease even as the restaurant quieted down and still managed to provide a personalized and thoughtful experience. He went out of his way to walk my friend through the variety of martinis they offer, which was a really nice touch. Dorsia delivers on every level drinks, food, and service. What started as a spontaneous visit turned into a night we’ll all remember. Definitely a top-tier spot and one I’d highly recommend.

Great location in the heart of Toronto I stayed at the Sheraton Centre Toronto in June 2026 during a business trip, and it reaffirmed why it remains one of the most reliable hotels in the downtown core. With an unbeatable location, solid amenities, and a layout that works exceptionally well for business travelers, it delivers exactly what you need when your schedule is packed. The hotel’s location is one of its strongest assets. Sitting directly across from Nathan Phillips Square, it places you within walking distance of the Financial District, the Eaton Centre, Queen Street, and countless restaurants and cafĂ©s. Transit access is excellent — Queen and Osgoode subway stations are both nearby — and the PATH network runs right beneath the hotel, making it easy to move around the city regardless of weather. This is a large, high‑traffic property, but it’s run with impressive efficiency. The lobby is always active, yet never chaotic. Conference groups, business travelers, and tourists all move through smoothly. The public spaces are modern and well‑maintained, and the indoor/outdoor pool remains a standout feature — a rare perk for a downtown Toronto hotel. Experience makes a difference here, because room location matters. The Central Tower continues to be the best choice — rooms feel more updated, quieter, and better suited for business stays. My room this time offered a fantastic view of the CN Tower, a reminder that you’re right in the heart of Toronto’s skyline. Waking up to that view adds a little energy to the start of a workday. On previous stays, I’ve also had rooms overlooking the City of Toronto building, and that view is equally impressive — a sweeping, architectural perspective of Nathan Phillips Square and the surrounding civic buildings. Both sides offer memorable vantage points; it just depends on what kind of skyline you prefer. One important tip: avoid rooms located near service doors. These doors open and close frequently, and the noise can be loud enough to wake you, especially early in the morning. Once you’re away from those service areas, the rooms are significantly more peaceful. Overall, the rooms deliver what a business traveler needs: a comfortable bed, a functional workspace, strong Wi‑Fi, and views that make the stay feel distinctly Toronto.

Good, but could’ve been better The hotel staff was friendly, which is always a plus. I appreciated the complimentary water provided in a clear glass bottle in the room. One downside was the TV setup. Guests are required to cast content from their phones, and for a hotel positioned as luxurious, I expected a Smart TV with built-in streaming apps available for use. I was also disappointed that the room did not include bar soap or a loofah. The surrounding area felt fairly quiet during the week, with limited activity nearby. Additionally, the hotel was not as close to Downtown Toronto as I had hoped, making it a bit less convenient for exploring the city.
