Google Maps · Complaint quote
"Nothing ever seems to last in this location, and after this experience it’s not hard to see why. It feels like the only reason people come here is out of convenience because it’s near the arena. I’ve honestly had Taco Bell taste better than this. Having only two people working on a game day is a joke—everything takes way too long, and even the simplest things get forgotten like ketchup or another round of drinks. The servers were nice, but they were clearly overwhelmed and couldn’t keep track of anything. If you’re in Orlando, take the time to go somewhere else"

"Great neighborhood, nice environment with lots of outdoor seating. Service was friendly but they kept forgetting to bring out food items we ordered. For instance steak and shrimp fajitas and the shrimp came out 10 minutes later. This happened a few times with people in our group. The food was ok, but not as flavorful as we were expecting. I guess they were training new servers but it was kind of a mess."

"Disappointing experience that didn’t match the price point or expectations. When I asked for regular water, I was served bottled mineral and sparkling water without being told it wasn’t complimentary. The bill included $16 in water charges, which was frustrating given there was no explanation or choice offered. We were also charged a split plate fee despite not requesting an extra plate or any special accommodation (this was for a small salad). The scallops were presented as a “special,” but the price was never disclosed. They were charged separately at $30 and consisted of just three scallops. The risotto was not included and was billed as a separate dish at $39. The portion was extremely small (about ¼ cup) and described as truffle risotto, yet contained no truffle — just a single mushroom. Nearly $70 for these two items felt wildly disproportionate to what was served. The overall atmosphere also fell short. Our table had a small rechargeable lamp that repeatedly died during the meal, and no replacement was offered — we eventually had to grab one ourselves from another table. The thin, see-through curtains between tables offered little privacy and felt inconsistent with the upscale pricing. Dessert was the final disappointment. The crème brûlée did not taste freshly made and was remarkably similar to a frozen retail version. Transparency, value, and execution were the biggest issues here. At this price point, much more is expected."

"Food is really bad, everything is fried. Things that shouldn't be fried are fried, like tofu and spring rolls. Atmosphere is weird."

"A lot of good options, delicious food and great location to meet up with friends, or grabbing something to eat solo. Our server Glitter was amazing we loved her! The chicken sandwich was a bit greasy which I didn’t like. Anything else was great though ;) my friends enjoyed their drinks as well. They have dart boards and a fun environment inside too."
